Mission & Role

He is head of the Congolese military mission. He is at the disposal of the Minister of the Armed Forces and reports to the Director General of International Relations and Strategy. He represents the Ministry of Armies and the highest defense authorities within the diplomatic mission, and with the military authorities of the Republic of South Africa.

Representation function

He is in charge of the Congolese military representation in South Africa. He is the advisor and expert to the Ambassador on defense matters. It helps him to prevent and manage crises. It promotes and animates bilateral military relations, and drives military cooperation and defense actions. It contributes to the promotion of the Congolese defense industry.
